RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGER |
JOB LOCATION – SAUDI ARABIA
Main Responsibilities:
- Mainly in-charge of restaurant operation, by ensuring customer satisfaction and quality service on food served, in coordination with the restaurant Chef;
- Directly supervises restaurant personnel on efficiency and customer relation;
- Provides Restaurant Operation Manual, to be used as standard reference and restaurant work procedure;
- Assists Accounting Dept on food costing of existing and any new recipes provided;
- Heads cost control on operations;
- Conducts performance appraisal of personnel for any incentive due or corrective measures if found faulty on their respective work areas;
- Reports to management on customers’ satisfaction rating, based on visit frequency to the restaurant;
- Suggests innovation ideas relating to food served, operation procedures, arrangements, etc.;
- Troubleshoots issues raised during operation among customers for any complaints, work-related matters among personnel;
- On restaurant openings, to spear-head location spotting, lease improvements of existing shop, and other tasks entailed on the set-up
- Submits Daily & Monthly Sales Report & Restaurant Operation Performance (ROP)
- Provides recommendation on long-term planning for the ensured success of the restaurant operation;
- Conducts visit rounds on other restaurant outlets, checks on smooth operation takes and reports immediately to management any critical concerns observed on any outlet;
- Schedules vacation among personnel on a uninterrupted operation of the restaurant
