CHEF required for M/s. ANDAA located in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
INTERVIEWS WITH COMPANY DELEGATES WILL BE CONDUCTED IN 2nd WEEK OF OCTOBER, 2014 IN HYDERABAD ONLY.
WORK ASSIGNMENT : CHEF
Main Responsibilities:
- Considered as the Main Cook, will be mainly in charge of documenting and training on standardized preparation and cooking of all menus to be served by the restaurant;
- Develops and implements any new recipes suggested;
- Provides a strict quality check on every batch of menu prepared on daily basis;
- Continuously conducts market check on competitors’ similar menus, and how Tandorina’s existing menu will be at par with any competitors;
- Documentation of all standardized kitchen procedure, including menu preparation, cooking, and portion serving. Updating to be provided as often as needed;
- Generally maintains, through its personnel. a strict hygienic kitchen setting;
- Ensures consistent quality on taste and texture of food served all the time
- Estimates the quantity consumption of each menu, based on salability and day of the week
- On a daily routine, provides average setting time from food preparation to cooking, based on the pre-determined quantity to be consumed for the day.
- Ensures minimal wastage of the food at the end of the day, by control of cooking on the remaining restaurant hours
- Coordinates closely with the Restaurant Operations Manager on cost control over his kitchen area
